The Cowling Commercial Insight Review is a fixed-scope written commercial audit unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Scope

The review covers a practical commercial audit using public evidence, local competitor context, SWOT analysis and owner input where supplied. It does not include implementation, website changes, marketing management, grant applications or ongoing consultancy unless agreed separately.

Deeper commercial analysis

Any deeper commercial analysis requested after the audit is separate follow-on support and will be agreed in writing before work starts.

Evidence and data limits

The review does not invent turnover, profit, margin, customer numbers, enquiries, retention, conversion rates or other commercial performance figures. Where figures are missing, the report will flag the gap rather than guess.

No guaranteed outcome

The review provides commercial insight and recommended actions. It does not guarantee revenue, profit, rankings, leads, customer growth or any specific business result.

Case studies and testimonials

No client name, testimonial, report extract or case study will be published without written permission.
